Sean Penn, who is apparently much better than everyone else for donating his life to Haiti relief, has blasted his peers and the media for turning their back on Haiti during the Cannes Film Festival.
The Oscar winner was among the guests of honor at the black-tie Haiti: Carnival in Cannes fundraiser to benefit the victims of the 2010 earthquake, but Penn couldn’t help but act like an a**hole.
At a press conference on Friday, Sean stated, “It’s not only celebrities who went for a day. It’s the whole f**king world. It’s all of you. The reason we have Haiti fatigue is because there was never a commitment in the first place.”
Penn was joined by writer Paul Haggis and model Petra Nemcova (who he is dating this week), who also help relief organizations in Haiti.

“Anchorman 2″ hasn’t even started filming yet, but have released a funny trailer for the movie.
It was less than two months ago that Will Ferrell announced they were finally making a sequel to the 2004 comedy on the Conan O’Brien’s show.
“Get ready to ride the Palamino stallion”, Ferrell states in character as the smug San Diego newsman.
Ferrell is joined by the other indispensable members of the KVWN team: Paul Rudd as arrogant field reporter Brian Fantana, David Koechner as the sportscaster Champion Champ Kind, and Steve Carell as the goofy weatherman Brick Tamland.
“It’s jean-creamin’ time,” Rudd states in the teaser trailer.

Jackie Chan is retiring from action movies.
The 58-year-old actor has confirmed that his latest movie, “Chinese Zodiac”, will be his last as an action star because he feels the world is becoming “too violent”.
Chan spoke at the Cannes Film Festival, telling reporters, “This will be my last big action movie. The world is too violent now. I love fighting but I hate violence.”
Jackie also wants to show his fans that he can do other types of acting roles.
He said, “I want the audience to know I’m not just about fighting, also I can act. And so day by day, year by year, I said, ‘Right, I’m going to show you the real Jackie Chan.
“I don’t just want to be an action star, I want to be a true actor so for the last 10 years I’ve done other films like “The Karate Kid” where I’d rather play an old man.”
